Hundreds turn out for anti-Palin protest
09-17-08
This Sunday Sept. 14th outside on the lawn in front of the Loussac Library in midtown Anchorage.
The protest came about two hours after Palin delivered a rousing speech at Anchorage's new convention center before leaving the state to return to the campaign trail.
The protesters, including supporters of presidential candidate Barack Obama and those who don't agree with Palin's positions on abortion, polar bears, Iraq and other issues, lined one side of the street near the Loussac Library. Home made signs were encouraged, and the idea was to make a statement that Sarah Palin does not speak for all Alaskan women.
You gotta check the stories below.
I gotta give props to my beautiful wife Valerie for sending this out.
You all have a great and blessed day. PEACE!
Daddy.
